Jerry Finnegan is the SE Regional Sales Manager handling Distribution for Avery Weigh-Tronix, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITW Corporation and Fortune 200 Company. Prior to taking on this role in 2003, Finnegan served nearly 9 years in Sales as Territory Manager for Florida Industrial Scale, selling and servicing accounts in north and central Florida.
For many years, Jerry has been an active member of the ISWM Southeastern Division. He has served as Sergeant at Arms, Program Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman, and since 2012, as Division Governor.
Finnegan is a native of Scranton, PA and completed his degree in Elementary Education studies from Glassboro State College in Glassboro, NJ. He currently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife, Stacey, and is an "empty nester" of two boys, Ryan and Sean.
Cathy Erickson is currently the National Sales Manager for Brecknell Scales and Dillon Force Measurement (a division of Avery Weigh-Tronix). She has been with Avery Weigh-Tronix for over 17 years. Prior to her employment with AWTX, she worked for Rice Lake Weighing Systems. She has been in the weighing industry for 27 years.
She was the Lieutenant Governor for the Central/Northwest Division. In 2008, she was the Program Chair for the ISWM Conference and Expo that was held in Reno, Nevada. In 2012, she received the "Lady of the Year" award at the ISWM Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cathy and her husband, Mark, live near Madison, Wisconsin, where they enjoy golfing and spending time with their two grandchildren.

James "Bert" Baxter
Greenville Scale Co., Inc.
In June 1990, six months after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration, Bert Baxter joined the scale industry as a sales representative/branch manager with Carolina Scales, Inc. in Greenville, SC. In October 1993, Bert accepted a position with Greenville Scale Co., Inc. as a sales representative. Bert has also gone on to hold positions with Greenville Scale Co., Inc. as Quality Systems Manager, Safety Manager, IT Manager, and Office Manager. Bert joined the ISWM in January 1995. He has served the Southeastern Division as Sergeant at Arms, Program Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer, and as Division Governor. He received the ISWM's Miles D. Fishman Memorial Award in 2006. An avid boater, Bert also supports the recreational boating community by being actively involved with the United States Power Squadrons. Bert lives in Taylors, SC with his wife, Amy, and son, Will.

Rice Lake Weighing Systems
Bruce Johnson began his weighing career with Rice Lake Weighing Systems (then Thomas and Johnson Scale Service) in 1973, and has held a variety of influential positions with both Rice Lake and ISWM since that time. During his tenure, Bruce has seen the scale industry transform from mechanical to predominantly electronic focus. Through his role as Rice Lake's Customer Service Manager, Bruce has been an active member of ISWM since joining in 1981, and has attended every national conference since that time. Most recently, from 2005 to 2013, Bruce served as Governor of the Central-Northwest Division and has been instrumental in maintaining ISWM's vitality in that region.

Mike Williams is the SE Regional Sales Manager for Ohaus Corporation. He has been with Ohaus Corporation for 11 years. Mike has spent 10 years with the ISWM, serving as Governor of the Southern Division and Chairman of the Manufacturers Division. He has a BS degree in Computer Science as well as six yeasr with the U.S. Army as a Signal Corps Officer and four years with the U.S. Navy as a Yeoman Second Class Petty Officer.
Mike lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he spends his free time playing golf and working on his "high" handicap.
