Hello from the ISWM!

We are doing a short survey about membership in the ISWM and would appreciate your taking a few minutes to let us know what you like, don’t like or feel we need to improve upon to make the ISWM a better industry association. We’ll publish the results of the survey in late October.

As a small incentive we are giving away a $100 gift card and three ISWM backpacks to survey responders. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on October 19. We will only enter your name in the drawing if you fill out question 26, so please do that!

We are beginning our membership renewals during this late October time frame and will release our first business survey around this time as well. The business survey was last done in 2013 and got some good reviews – about time for another I would say! This year we will split the business survey into two pieces, one for our dealer/distributor members and another for our manufacturing members so that in both cases the data can be better used as a benchmarking tool for your business. These surveys will both focus on the state of your business in 2019 so your thinking will need to go back to pre-COVID times which hopefully, will fully return in 2021! These particular surveys will also be sent to several hundred non ISWM members so we can get a good set of data and this is how it works, the more time you spend on the data entry, the better the overall surveys will be.
